Artist Statement

Growing up in the internet age, I was deeply immersed in the world of memes, YouTube, and viral content, all of which profoundly shaped my approach to cultural commentary. My art is a reflection of the cultural soul, blending everyday life with deeper explorations of race, inequality, and societal behaviors. Through a lens of humor, I create works that offer both relief and reflection, inviting viewers to see the world differently.

My work is about nurturing a connection and sparking conversations that matter. By addressing serious issues through a relatable, sometimes personal perspective, I aim to create a space where people can contemplate the world around them and feel less alone. My art encourages viewers to rethink the content they consume and offers my personal perspective on the complexities of our shared experiences.
