Artist Statement
I use drawing, printmaking and installation to explore the complex structures of psychological connections. My work references topography, cellular growth and schematics based on science textbooks. The intricacies of pattern, repetition and line within these images can map an emotional geography or diagram a relationship between bodies. They portray the way forces push upon each other to create either a sense of vulnerability or repose.
