Artist Statement
My work explores the relationships between the space and
absence of space that results from my drawing marks. I examine
interstitial areas to better understand where endings and
beginnings originate. As I journey deeper into these realms of
drawing, I hope to find the in-between to be as expansive as what
it serves to separate.
