Assistant Curator
Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston

Anna Stothart is the Assitant Curator at the Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston. She organized the current installation of the ICA Collection Expanding the Field of Painting and the solo exhibitions of Mickalene Thomas, Nathalie Djurberg and Hans Berg, Adriana Varejão, and Meleko Mokgosi (forthcoming April 2015). She has coordinated the ICA installation of the traveling exhibitions Ragnar Kjartansson: Song, LaToya Ruby Frazier: WITNESS and Jim Hodges: GIVE MORE THAN YOU TAKE. She has also assisted on a number of exhibitions including: Damian Ortega: Do it Yourself (2009); Charles LeDray: workworkworkworkwork (2010); Catherine Opie: Empty and Full (2011); Sandra and Gerald Fineberg Art Wall: Swoon Anthropocene Extinction (2011), Figuring Color: Kathy Butterly, Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Roy McMakin, Sue Williams (2012) and Amy Sillman: one lump or two. She received her MA in Art History and Museum Studies from Tufts University, Medford, MA.
